“Train-the-trainer” For Sales - Level I & II

We offer these train-the-trainer programs generally for large organizations that have multiple sales teams, in multiple locations, and the company is looking for effective and consistent application of selling skills. Often the train-the-trainer is warranted when a large number of new sales people are hired and training needs to happen quickly. Individuals in a Train-the-trainer program must first have a familiarity and experience with the level selling they are being prepared to conduct. The train-the-trainer program utilizes the same instructional models and approaches as the level I and II workshops – highly interactive, drawing from a variety of adult learning methodologies, and will utilize case studies that mirror experiences of the sales staff. Group discussions, practical exercises and selected teach-backs are interwoven throughout the programs.
