Assessment Services
Harkins Associates provides assessment services to determine training needs and to measure performance improvement and remaining gaps throughout the training process. Our services can be applied to the organization as a whole and/or to the individual.
We gather information on skills, knowledge and competencies both externally - through customers and partners - and internally - though sales staff, managers and other support employees. We utilize several mechanisms to bring you accurate results, including:
- Multi-source feedback, which is an efficient, computer-based mechanism for gathering structured, highly objective measurements about areas of individual and group competence from a variety of sources, such as bosses, customers, peers, coworkers and direct reports
- Observing staff on-the-job selling
- Consideration of the learners and the learning environment
- Measurements and documentation of performance improvement and sales results
