Classroom Learning/Classroom Workshops

Based on the needs of your organization, we can provide an on-site comprehensive training program or distinct sessions designed to create improvement in specific areas. We can work with your organization in developing a  the departmental structure and organization-specific training program, or work within your existing processes, providing needed refinement or augment your program with additional skill sets. 

Field Training

To assist the outreach and business development staff  in putting skills into practice  we can provide on-the-job sales training. This field sales training reinforces learned skills, provides immediate feedback, and offers support and encouragement for the novice sales person. This field approach can also be employed to evaluate the performance of existing staff and to create individualized improvement plans. In addition, we can work with your field sales managers in assuring an integrated seminar-field training approach.
